• maintaining and improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System according to the PN EN ISO 9001:2015 standard and NATO AQAP 2110:2016 contract requirements as well as the Occupational Health and Safety System 45001:2018,
• continuous improvement of processes and procedures in force in the Company,

• continuous improvement and updating of the communication system in order to reduce the risk of accidents and work nuisance,
• acting in accordance with the applicable legal status and other regulations applicable to the Company’s operations,
• providing the highest quality products for the country’s security and defense needs,
• providing the necessary technical and financial resources and competent staff to carry out the agreed tasks in the field of employee safety and health protection,

• improving activities in the field of occupational health and safety in order to avoid losses caused by accidents at work,

• ensuring the proper use of personal protective equipment for employees at workplaces where dangerous and harmful factors occur,

The Management Board undertakes to meet applicable requirements, including legal, administrative and other, to provide resources necessary for the functioning of the system and to continuously improve the effectiveness of the Quality and Health and Safety Management System, in accordance with the PN EN ISO 9001:2015 and Health and Safety 45001:2018 standards and NATO contract requirements AQAP 2110:2016.
