The scope of works includes the following works:

• creation of a storage yard with an area of ​​10,800 m2 and a fire protection tank with a capacity of 300m2
• retention tank for rainwater from paved areas pavement made of concrete cubes
• removing the layer of fertile soil (humus) for a dump for reuse
• internal roads and a temporary fire road earthworks performed with grab
• excavators connections: water and sewage, emergency overflow installations
• external installations: water supply, sewage, rainwater, emergency overflow, internal 0.4kV power lines, street lighting line and area lighting
